You may exchange or return for a refund any nonperishable grocery or foodservice merchandise within 15 days of the purchase date on your register receipt. Miss Crumpy’s has a no-refund, no-return policy on ALL Perishable (ALL refrigerated) food merchandise.  Examples of perishable foods include:   

• Meat,
• poultry
• fish
• eggs
• dairy products
• cooked leftovers (ready-to-eat meal)
• any fruit or vegetable(s) that has been cut or chopped.

Fresh fruits and vegetables are also considered perishable, as very few can be stored for long periods of time at room temperature. Most produce will last anywhere from a few days to a few weeks and should be kept in the refrigerator

Electrical appliances and equipment may be returned with your receipt up to 72 hours after purchase. All merchandise must be returned without price markings and in its original packaging.

Miss Crumpy’s only accepts exchanges or refunds for full cases of merchandise, not partial ones.
